This is how I work:

First you say what you want to be. What kind of slave do you want to be at the end of the training? Do you want to be a certain type of slave? Are you striving for a certain ideal? Or basic training?

Second, the actual training. I create regular tasks that you complete and document.

Third, achieving your goal.
